Ram has presented yet another special version of the 1500: the Classic Warlock Mojave Sand Package.

Okay, so what’s different about it, you ask, besides the new Mojave Sand exterior color option that joins the other 10 shades? According to the truck maker, it also gets the sports performance hood and 20-inch aluminum wheels with a black look, all of them part of the Mojave Sand Package.

Since it builds on the 1500 Classic Warlock, it also boasts other gizmos, such as the front and rear powder-coated bumpers, ‘RAM’ lettering in the grille, 1 inch jacked-up ground clearance and the Warlock decal.

“The Ram 1500 Classic Warlock continues to prove that value never goes out of style”, said the chief of the Ram brand, Reid Bigland. “With the addition of the popular Mojave Sand exterior paint option, this truck will continue to resonate positively with the buyers.”

The FCA-owned brand is offering this latest special edition pickup truck in Quad Cab or Crew Cab body styles, with a choice of two engines. Thus, you can choose between the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, rated at 305 hp and 269 lb-ft (364 Nm) of torque, and the 5.7-liter HEMI V8 that kicks out 395 hp and 410 lb-ft (555 Nm). Both power units are hooked up to a TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission with either two- or four-wheel drive.

The new 1500 Classic Warlock Mojave Sand has been priced from $37,040, including the $1,695 destination charge, which is the same MSRP as that of the regular 1500 Classic Warlock that went on sale in the first quarter of 2019.
