Lister takes a break from turning V8 Jaguars into wild animals in order to reveal their take on the electric I-Pace; this the new Lister SUV-E concept.
UK-based Lister Cars has given the Jaguar I-Pace a new body kit made out of carbon fiber, including both bumpers; the bonnet; front and rear splitter; and the rood spoiler. In addition, the Lister SUV-E features new fender extensions, exclusive Lister wheels, a fully adjustable lowered suspension and carbon ceramic brakes.
The tuner claims that the end result is a weight saving of 100 kg (220 lbs) compared to a standard I-Pace, with the SUV-E Concept tipping the scales at 2,033 kg (4,481 lbs).

The electric powertrain will be updated via software in order to produce more horsepower and torque over the standard car too, although Lister didn’t provide any figures just yet. However, they do promise a 0-60 mph (97 km/h) in 4 seconds for the finished car, down from the 4.5 seconds a standard I-Pace would require.
Their take on the I-Pace also includes a “more aggressive [fake] exhaust sound”, instead of the obligatory Acoustic Vehicle Alert System (AVAS) EVs must be fitted with.
Other revisions include a custom Nappa leather interior in a choice of 60 colors and 200 stitching colors, as well as custom exterior paint finishes in any pretty much any color the customer wishes.
In usual Lister fashion, production of the SUV-E will be limited, with the final number to be decided upon pending interest and pre-orders. If you’re interested in a battery-electric model but cherish exclusivity as well, then Lister would sell you one of their SUV-E models for around £125,000 ($161k in current exchange rates) in the UK.
