The Jaguar F-Type has long been one of the best-looking cars on the market, and while we’re not sold on the refreshed front fascia, there’s no denying that the facelifted Jag is still a sexy piece of automotive design.
With a series of upgrades fitting of an SVR badge, it would look even more striking; and designer Aksyonov Nikita has imagined what a potential SVR variant of the 2020 F-Type would look like if it gets approved for production.

Up front, Nikita’s design adopts new front air intake surrounds and a new carbon fiber splitter. Additionally, there are some custom vents on the hood while at the sides you’ll notice striking silver wheels and extended side skirts. Our favorite angle of the car is perhaps the rear. It appears as though the Jaguar XE SV Project 8 served as inspiration, with flared wheel arches that expose a little bit of the rear tire thanks to cut-outs in the bumper. There’s also a quad tailpipe and diffuser design just like the Project 8, while completing the modifications is a large rear wing stretching up from the decklid.
While a new Jaguar F-Type SVR does sound enticing, it probably won’t show up anytime soon even if it gets the green light. Power would, in all likelihood, come from Jaguar’s flagship 5.0-liter supercharged V8 with upwards of 600 hp. For now, though, the 2020 F-Type R is the quickest version available. It uses the same 575 hp V8 engine as the pre-facelift SVR and is no slouch, as it can sprint to 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 3.5 seconds.
