Fans of the Mercedes SLC can now begin placing orders for the Final Edition version of the car in the UK, which starts from £37,120 ($48,831) for the SLC 200 version.
Opt instead for the SLC 200 Final Edition Premium trim level and the price goes up to £40,916 ($53,825), while the Mercedes-AMG SLC 43 Final Edition starts from £49,855 ($65,585). First deliveries are expected to commence in early Spring of 2020.
Standard specs on this special edition model include the 18-inch five-spoke alloys, the Airscarf, Night package, heated seats, rain-sensing wipers, smartphone integration (with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto), Garmin sat-nav, Parktronic, Memory package (with electrically adjustable seats and steering column), plus the Harman Kardon sound system (on AMG 43 only). The Final Edition is also available in an exclusive paint finish dubbed Sun Yellow.

For an extra £3,795 ($4,992), the Final Edition Premium spec adds a reversing camera, the Comand Online infotainment system, the Mirror package, a panoramic roof, LED lights and a wind deflector.
On the engine side, both the SLC 200 and SLC 300 feature a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder gasoline unit, producing 184 PS (181 HP) and 245 PS (241 HP) respectively. The range-topping AMG 43 meanwhile comes with a biturbo 3.0-liter V6 gasoline engine, good for 390 PS (385 HP) and 520 Nm (384 lb-ft) of torque. It can accelerate from zero to 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 4.7 seconds and max out at 155 mph (250 km/h).
While the SLC 200 comes with a six-speed manual as standard (9G-Tronic optional), both the SLC 300 and AMG 43 are offered exclusively with the 9-speed automatic transmission.
