Mitsubishi’s plug-in hybrid commercial range for the UK is welcoming a new member in the form of the high-spec Outlander PHEV Reflex Plus.
Unlike the non-Plus version, this new spec comes with 18-inch wheels, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone connectivity (Apple CarPlay and Android Auto), as well as a reversing camera. Since it’s eligible for the UK government’s Plug-In Van Grant, buyers can save £7,905 ($10,379), resulting in an OTR price of £25,131 ($32,998).
Standard features on all Outlander PHEV Commercial models include the four-wheel drive system, rear spoiler, automatic headlights, rain-sensing wipers, heated front seats, DAB radio, keyless operation, dual-zone climate control, plus a full load bay bulkhead, and more.

These Outlanders also come with a flat load area measuring 1.65 m (5.4 feet) in length and 1 meter (3.2 feet) in width between the wheel arches – with a maximum payload of 500 kg (1,100 lbs).
With its low emissions characteristics (NEDC 40g/km / WLTP 46g/km), the Outlander PHEV can also make deliveries in ULEV zones, while its total range is rated at 406 miles (653 km).
As for the entry-level Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Commercial Reflex (non-Plus version), that costs upwards of £24,298 OTR ($31,900) in the UK.
According to Mitsubishi, surveyed Outlander PHEV customers drive half their average weekly mileage in electric mode, with 68% charging at least once per day and 90% charging multiple times per week (2-3 times or more). Meanwhile, 83% said that they would recommend an Outlander PHEV to family and friends, while 25% are considering switching to a fully-electric vehicle as their next purchase.
