Seat’s flagship SUV, the Tarraco, has only been available in either FWD with a six-speed manual gearbox or AWD with a seven-speed DSG. Now, though, it can be ordered with FWD and seven-speed automatic transmission paired to the 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol burner.
The TSI power unit delivers a maximum output of 150 PS (148 hp / 110 kW) and 250 Nm (184 lb-ft) of torque available between 1,500 and 3,500 rpm. In this spec, it can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (0-62 mph) in a respectable 9.5 seconds, and max out at 198 km/h (123 mph). In the WLTP test cycle, it has an average consumption of 7.2 l/100 km (39.2 mpg UK / 32.7 mpg US) and emits 164 g/km of CO2.
