Nissan’s core models in Europe, the Micra, Qashqai and X-Trail, have received an enhanced design and additional gear thanks to a new N-Tec edition spec.
Offered in limited numbers starting this month, they bring an exclusive look, with sleek black exterior elements and available Nissan Intelligent Mobility advanced driving tech.
Riding on 19-inch black alloy wheels and boasting smoked headlights, the Qashqai N-Tec has black PVC/Alcantara upholstery on the inside, an infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, ProPilot semi-autonomous driving and Intelligent Park Assist.
Review: 2019 Nissan Qashqai Is Still One Of The World’s Best Compact SUVs
Available with five or seven seats and two- or four-wheel drive, the X-Trail N-Tec features a dark chrome V-motion grille, glossy black details on the side mirror caps and roof rails, and 18-inch black alloy wheels. For an added touch, the metallic paint is included, alongside the doorsill protectors with illuminated ‘N-Tec’ lettering, Nissan Safety Shield package and ProPilot in vehicles equipped with the automatic transmission.
Joining the compact and mid-size SUVs is the Micra N-Tec. The supermini is based on the Acenta grade and rocks a similar dark theme, with glossy black exterior details, 17-inch alloy wheels, front fog lamps and rear privacy glass. The NissanConnect infotainment system is part of the package, with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay smartphone integration. The Micra N-Tec comes with Intelligent Emergency Braking that assists drivers in unpleasant situations, and rear parking sensors that come in handy when maneuvering into tight spaces.
The pricing has been adjusted according to each market, so you may want to check out your local Nissan website or dealer for more details.
