Roush has launched a comprehensive upgrade package for the Ford F-150 that takes on the looks as well as the performance aspect of America’s most popular truck. You’ll have to fork out $24,000 – don’t rush (pun intended) to your closest dealer yet, as the cost does not include pickup truck itself.

Beginning with the modifications under the hood, the Roush kit lifts the 5.0-liter V8’s output to 650 hp and the torque to 610 pound-feet (827 Nm). That’s more than 250 hp and 140 lb-ft (190 Nm) compared to the stock vehicle, achieved by adding the TVS R2650 supercharger, with new internals, aluminum intercooler and low-temperature radiator.

Included in the bundle of parts is the company’s dual-tip cat-back performance exhaust system that contributes to the extra oomph and provides a more aggressive tone. Drivers can choose between four settings named Touring, Off-Road, Sport and Custom, and they can switch between ‘open’ and ‘closed’ valve positions using the dial mounted on the center console. They can also use the mobile app to choose some of the pre-programmed modes or create their custom profile, but only if they have an iPhone, as it’s available solely on iOS.

As for the styling part, the 2020 F-150 SC has been equipped with the tuner’s grille with integrated lighting and rocks fender flares on all four corners. It also boasts customizable graphics for a deeper presence, ‘SC’ fender badges, custom front bumper cover and puddle lamps that display the Roush logo on to the ground upon opening the doors.

Available at an added cost are the light bars, retractable aluminum bed cover, console vault and Off-Road Utility Kit.

If you cannot decide on the looks of your Roush F-150, then you should give the online configurator a chance here and choose between different colors, graphics and aforementioned extras.
