Volkswagen wants to appeal to soccer fans with new special edition versions of several models, including the Up!, e-Up!, Polo, T-Cross, Golf Variant, Golf Sportsvan, T-Roc, Tiguan Allspace, Touran and Sharan, designed to celebrate the UEFA Euro 2020 that kicks off this summer.
Dubbed the United Series, the special edition models are finished in Atlantic Blue Metallic and feature a ‘United’ badge on the B pillars, tinted rear windows and Dublin black alloy wheels.
The seat fabric sports a model-specific design and the cars also feature ‘United’ door sills and leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel. Depending on the model, the equipment list includes infotainment and navigation systems, automatic climate control and Light and Sight package, with dusk-sensing headlights and rain-sensing wipers.
