An amazing $17.5 million property in Florida is looking for a new owner and comes complete with a massive garage and includes its very own private race track.
The property, located right on the banks of Lake Thonotosassa, has been up for sale from Smith and Associates for a touch over a year. RV sales mogul Don Wallace had the house built in 2012 and for any car enthusiast and prolific car collector, it could be the perfect property.

First, the garage. Wallace once stored approximately 20 of his prized automobiles in the large warehouse, including the McLaren F1 LM-Spec he once owned before selling it for $13.75 million back in in 2015. Also stored in the warehouse was a rare 1964 Ferrari 250 LM and in photos of the property, we can also see a Ferrari 488 Spider, Ford GT, Audi R8, Porsche 918 Spyder, and a host of remarkable racing cars also stored there. There’s even a small plane hanging down from the ceiling.
Located to the left of the main house and the huge garage is a small race track for go karts complete with a 150-foot (45 meters) long straight and eight turns.
As for the 42,782-square-foot, four-story house itself, it consists of no less than 8 bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, 14 half bathrooms, and a two-story guest house. There is also a bowling alley, an indoor heated saltwater pool, steam and sauna rooms, a fitness room, and more. The house sits on 36 acres of land.
No less than 26 of Wallace’s cars were sold in January at Mecum’s Kissimmee auction, including the original 1967 Plymouth Barracuda Hemi Under Glass (visible in the photo above).
