In late January, Bentley unveiled a striking Continental GT it prepped for the annual GP Ice Race in Zell am See, Austria and in this video, we get to see what the vehicle is capable of.

Adorning the exterior of the modified Continental GT is a striking blue and black livery as well as flared wheel arches, studded Pirelli Scorpion tires, Lazer high performance lights, an Akrapovic exhaust system, and a bespoke roof rack. Tasked with driving the car was British rally driver Catie Munnings who despite being just 22-years-old, has some seriously impressive car control.

The Continental GT used by Bentley during the event wasn’t the entry-level V8 model but instead, the range-topping model outfitted with a 6.0-liter twin-turbo W12 engine that produces 626 hp and 664 lb-ft (900 Nm) of torque. On tarmac, the car can launch to 60 mph (96 km/h) in just 3.6 seconds and top out at 207 mph (333 km/h).

On snow, the Bentley is much less brisk than that but with Munnings behind the wheel, is far from slow, continually spinning up all four wheels at even the slightest touch of the throttle and emitting quite an impressive growl in the process.

After a 45-year hiatus, the GP Ice Race returned to Zell am See, Austria for the first time in 2019. That event proved to be a huge success and the 2020 iteration was even better, attracting dozens of rare performance machines.
