Would you pay $3,595 per month for a vehicle you don’t own? If you said yes and live in Atlanta, Mercedes wants to hear from you.
The company’s subscription service, known as the Mercedes-Benz Collection, has announced a new AMG-Exclusive tier that promises to give users “unprecedented access to the top echelon of the Mercedes-AMG product line.”
While $3,595 a month isn’t pocket change, the AMG-Exclusive tier provides access to 11 different AMG models including the C63, C63 S Cabriolet, E63 S / E63 S Wagon and the GLC63 / GLC63 S Coupe. Customers can also get the S63 Coupe, G63, GT63, GTC and GT Roadster.

That’s a pretty impressive collection of vehicles, but the $2,995 Premier tier provides access to the C63 / C 63 Coupe / C 63 Cabriolet and GLC63 / GLC63 S. That’s on top of mainstream models and mid-level AMG variants such as the CLS 53, GT 53 and E53 Sedan, Coupe and Cabriolet.
The extra $600 a month seems a bit expensive, but Mercedes Subscription Services Director Craig Walters said “After receiving feedback from subscribers who had a chance to drive select Mercedes-AMG models in other tiers, it became clear there was significant demand for us to create an opportunity for them to enjoy the full Mercedes-AMG experience.” He added, “The introduction of the AMG tier reinforces our commitment to meeting consumer expectations and providing the most diverse subscription service in the industry.”
As with other subscription services, users pick their tier and select from any of the vehicles available at their chosen level. They can easily change models and the monthly fee includes insurance, roadside assistance and maintenance. However, Mercedes charges a one-time activation fee of $495.
The AMG-Exclusive tier will be available in Atlanta shortly and could eventually spread to Nashville and Philadelphia.
