Did you think Porsche’s Exclusive Manufaktur division was done shaping up the new 911? You’d be wrong, because the sports car has just gained a visual makeover.
Part of the SportDesign package, the botoxed 992 features a revised front apron with a new spoiler lip and a reshaped rear bumper that incorporates new air intake and outtake, as well as a raised number plate. The looks are complete by the optional side skirts that trick the eye into thinking the model sits closer to the asphalt.

From here on, you could seek further customization with the optional Aerokit, which is available on all Coupe variants of the 992. It builds on the SportDesign package and brings several aerodynamic upgrades, such as the special front spoiler, fixed rear spoiler and wing, which can be joined by the aforementioned side skirts. Porsche said that in this guise, the 911 reminds bystanders of the GT vehicles.
Don’t, even for a second, doubt the build quality, because this is, after all, Porsche’s in-house customization program we’re talking about, and they went above and beyond to make sure that the upgrades are built to last. The parts were tested out in hot and cold climates all over the world, and in total, the Aerokit gathered more than 90,000 kilometers (55,923 miles) in harsh environments. Furthermore, it was fine-tuned at the Nardo track, in Italy, where the automaker completed 55,000 km (34,175 miles) of high-speed testing.
The SportDesign package and Aerokit are already up for grabs and can be ordered in the exterior color of the car or high-gloss black.
