Security camera vision shows the moment the driver of an Audi crashed into a series of parked cars on New Year’s Day in Las Vegas.
The YouTube video below recorded the incident at just gone 5:11 A.M on the morning of January 1st, 2020. A white Audi, what appears to be an A3, comes into view approximately 13-seconds in, traveling on the wrong side of the road and heading straight towards a black car parked on the road.
Moments later, the Audi slams into the front of this parked vehicle, sending the sedan straight into the front of what appears to be an SUV or pickup truck. The Audi also makes contact with a second black sedan, forcing it into a large post. Look closely at the Audi and you will see the airbags deploy upon impact.

Shortly after the crash, the driver of the Audi slowly emerges from the car, as does a local resident to see what had just occurred. A couple of other residents also soon come out of their houses.
The person who uploaded the footage to YouTube says that the vision was captured by a camera outside her house. She claims that the driver was reportedly drunk and traveling between 50 mph and 65 mph (80-105 km/h).
We’re not sure what happened after the collision but can reasonably assume police were called and if armed with this security footage, may have been able to arrest the male driver.
