The 1992 D130 pickup features aftermarket transfer case, front and rear axles, drive shafts, springs and shock absorbers, steering damper and arms, anti-sway bars, disc brakes, stainless steel exhaust system and others.
For the exterior part of the build, the company fitted it with a new grille said to increase airflow and engine cooling, aluminum skid plate and new bonnet. There are LED head-, tail- and turn signal lamps, puddle lights integrated into the side mirrors, special door handle and fuel filler cap finish and several other gizmos. The custom Defender is finished in Land Rover Santorini Black and sits on Kahn’s powder-coated satin black Mondial Retro Light 20-inch alloy wheels, wrapped in 275/65 Cooper Discoverer STT Pro tires.
Opening the doors reveals an uprated cabin, with Osprey choosing to install black leather seats with diamond stitching and heating function for the front and second rows, leather-wrapped dashboard panel, more leather on the door cards, piano black trim and Momo steering wheel. Upgraded HVAC with separate control for the rear passenger compartment, 7-inch infotainment system from Pioneer with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, reversing camera, remote locking and engine start, and others are also included.
Osprey is offering a few accessories as well, such as the auxiliary and work lamps mounted on the roof, exoskeleton, front winch, additional sound deadening, wireless charging pad for compatible smartphones, LED ambient lighting among others.
