With James Bond’s No Time to Die edging closer to its theatrical release on April 2 in the UK, Top Gear was given the exclusive opportunity to drive some of the most iconic cars from the film franchise.
The first car driven by the publication was the Aston Martin DB10, a bespoke model introduced by Aston Martin specifically for Spectre. The car was designed by Aston Martin’s chief creative officer Marek Reichman and served as a preview of the current-generation Vantage that premiered a couple of years later.
Then we come to another, equally-as-famous Bond car, the BMW Z8 from 1999 film The World Is Not Enough with Pierce Brosnan. While the Z8 may not be as recognizable as some of the Aston Martins driven by James Bond over the decades, its Henrik Fisker-designed body does make it quite the head-turner.

Top Gear also drove the 1968 Aston Martin DBS, 1986 Aston Martin V8 Vantage, Lotus Esprit, and the most iconic Bond car of them all, the DB5.
It’s been confirmed that a number of Aston Martins will be featured in No Time to Die. These include the DB5, a classic Aston Martin V8 Vantage, the DBS Superleggera, and the British firm’s Valhalla hypercar.
Of those, it is perhaps the Valhalla that we’re most excited to see. The film car stars briefly towards the end of Top Gear’s video but isn’t driven by Jack Rix. As the Valhalla is still some time away from reaching production, the car from the film isn’t a finished product and instead a Valhalla body placed over an existing donor car.
