A gorgeous 1972 Chevrolet Blazer custom built by Ringbrothers in 2019 is currently available through Bring A Trailer and will sell for in excess of $150,000.
This Blazer was discovered in a Nebraska barn in 2018 and sent to the Ringbrothers workshop for a comprehensive transformation. One of the first things done involved removing the body from the frame and dipping it in acid before it was bathed in a lovely shade of gloss black. Additionally, the chassis itself was stripped down and boxed in various areas to provide additional strength.
Ringbrothers raised both the bedsides and tailgate to properly align with the door sills while also raising the rocker panels for additional ground clearance. The wheel arches were also reworked and stretched while a custom roll cage and bespoke soft-top were both built. The Blazer also includes a new carbon fiber hood with vents and a new emblem package.
Lots of work has also been done beneath the skin including the fitment of new Bilstein shocks both at the front and rear. Custom front sway bars are also present.

As for the engine, it comes in the form of a 350 cubic-inch V8 with a Holley Dominator fuel-injection system. This engine transmits its power to the ground through a Bowler Performance four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range Bowler transfer case allowing the Chevy to be driven in rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive modes.
No mention has been made about the Blazer’s original mileage but we know it has covered just 450 miles (724 km) since being restored and modified.
