Audi’s RS3 sedan model is now available in a special Nardo Edition spec, set to arrive in U.S. dealerships.
Pricing starts from $59,900, with just 200 units being made available for buyers. So what’s the kicker? Well, unlike the regular RS3, the Nardo Edition can max out at an electronically-limited 174 mph (280 km/h) as opposed to 155 mph (250 km/h), while the standard RS fixed sport suspension allows for increased agility.
Power comes from the same 2.5-liter TFSI turbocharged gasoline unit, producing 394 horses (400 PS) and 354 lb-ft (480 Nm) of torque. However, there’s a more distinct engine note thanks to the Sport exhaust system (with black tips), included as standard on this limited edition spec.

In terms of looks, the RS3 Nardo Edition obviously comes with a Nardo Grey paint job, to go with its Black Optic exterior trim. Other features include the staggered 19-inch 5-blade design wheels with a bi-color black finish, red brake calipers, black rear lip spoiler, gloss black exterior mirror housings and black Audi rings and badges.
Inside, there are RS embroidered floor mats, Alcantara knee pads with Crescendo Red stitching, Audi Sport carbon inlays, Crescendo Red air vents and accent rings, plus seat belts with red edges.
Meanwhile, the Audi Virtual Cockpit, MMI Navigation Plus and MMI touch with handwriting-recognition technology are all standard, as are Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. As for safety, the Audi Side Assist comes at no extra cost and provides the driver with blind-spot monitoring at speeds above 9 mph (15 km/h).
