By now you’ve probably already seen dozens of 2020 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray reviews but this clip is a little different as it is the first 360-degree onboard video we’ve seen of the new C8. For those without the opportunity to drive the new sports car, this is probably the next best thing.

This particular clip was put together by Conquest Cars up in Canada and features a Chevrolet salesman behind the wheel who describes the new mid-engined sports car in detail and all of its exciting new features.

While much of the talk related to the new Corvette has been about its new exterior looks and potent powertrain, it’s worth remembering that the interior is also all new and a dramatic improvement over all other Corvette generations before it. Not only that but the ‘Vette’s new cabin is on par with European rivals in terms of the materials used. It’s also rather futuristic and extremely driver-focused. In fact, Chevrolet says the interior was inspired by fighter jets.

For example, there is a large central divider between the driver and passenger that houses a storage cubby, cupholders, and a ‘spine’ with the various HVAC buttons, much like how the controls of a jet are wrapped around the pilot. Other highlights of the cabin include the all-digital gauge cluster, large infotainment screen, and the digital rear-view mirror.

In terms of performance, the C8 Corvette has a 6.2-liter naturally-aspirated V8 engine delivering a cool 495 hp and 470 lb-ft (637 Nm) of torque with the Z51 package. Given enough room, it can hit 184 mph (296 km/h) in Z51 guise and 194 mph (312 km/h) without the added aero of the Z51 pack.
