Not long after Elon Musk hinted at the off-road credentials of the all-electric Cybertruck, we stumbled across this rendering from wheel-maker Forgiato that depicts a Cybertruck that’s been overhauled to tackle the most treacherous of terrain.
Of course, customer deliveries of the Cybertruck won’t start for quite some time so off-road enthusiasts will need to wait a while to see if it is even possible to modify one in such a comprehensive way. One thing’s for sure and that is that the Cybertruck looks much better painted white and sitting on monster truck-style suspension than it looks as standard.

All it takes is a cursory glance at the truck to understand it is no regular Tesla. The suspension has been lifted and we can see massive off-road springs and shocks that looked like they’ve been lifted from a trophy truck. Other bespoke suspension parts are visible as are a set of gloss black Forgiato wheels and off-road tires.
When and where will production of the Cybertruck start?
While Tesla is hard at work developing the Cybertruck, it doesn’t yet know where it will be built, only that first deliveries are expected in 2021. In early March, Musk took to Twitter to say he was scouting locations across the central U.S. construct the factory that will build the Cybertruck.
It seems apparent that a number of different cities across the country will look to attract Tesla by offering generous subsidies if they’re selected as the location for the factory. Earlier this month, the city of Joplin in Missouri launched a campaign to win over Musk, promising a $1 billion package of incentives and savings if Tesla builds its Cybertruck factory there.
