The Koenigsegg family only recently grew to three members with the unveiling of the Gemera and already, the Swedish automaker has imagined a fourth model, albeit only in the virtual world.

The epic three-seater you’re looking at comes courtesy of RAW Design House, launched by Koenigsegg designer Sasha Selipanov and now an official part of the Koenigsegg brand. Responsible for the design of the concept, dubbed ‘RAW by Koenigsegg’, is Esa Mustonen, an artist that made this intriguing hypercar for his graduate thesis. The car was designed under the supervision of Selipanov and Christian von Koenigsegg.

Compared to the Koenigsegg Regera and Gemera, the concept you see is absolutely tiny. It has been designed around a hypothetical 3-seat carbon fiber monocoque. Sitting directly behind this passenger cell would be the same 3-cylinder Freevalve engine as the Gemera. This explains why there is virtually no rear overhang as the engine and exhaust are so compact the car can be drastically shortened. Power would sit at 700 hp while the car would weigh just 700 kg (1,543 lbs).

The overall design of the concept is quite different than Koenigsegg models we’re familiar with. While it continues to use the marque’s recognizable wraparound windshield and double-bubble roof, the front-end is dominated by sharp lines, vertical headlights, and a horizontal LED light bar. Spin around to the rear and you will notice a gaping-wide diffuser, twin exhausts, and an LED taillight.

Inside, the three-seater layout allows the driver to sit right in the center, much like the McLaren Speedtail.
