Isuzu’s D-Max GO2 pickup truck is a special project meant to showcase how easily a regular D-Max can be turned into an extreme off-roader.
The basis for this truck is a used previous-gen Utah spec variant with a Splash White exterior. Starting from the front, it features projector headlights and LED daytime running lights, and a modified heavy duty front bumper with an ARB Sahara bar and Britpart Pulling Power Winch.
According to Isuzu, the GO2 is capable of pulling over 4 tonnes (8,800 lbs) with this essential piece of kit.

“This is a fantastic working example of just how easily the Isuzu D-Max can be adapted and transformed into a ‘do anything, go anywhere’ pick-up and should definitely give our customers some inspiration for what they can achieve in their own D-Max,” stated Isuzu UK exec Darren James.
Other mods include the full under-guard kit (including a rear differential guard), roof-mounted Lazer light bar (instead of fog lights), a Safari snorkel, Pedders TrakRyder eXtreme suspension, a lockable rear differential, heavy-duty rear bumper with a step tow bar, 16-inch wheels with 33-inch General Grabber X3 Mud Terrain rubber, and spring-loaded tailgate hinges thanks to the Pro-Lift tailgate assist system.
Meanwhile, a lockable and fully retractable Mountain Top roller cover was added to the load bed, which features an aluminum bed drawer system with lockable storage compartments.
Since this is a Utah spec, it also comes with convenience features such as push-button start, leather upholstery, electrically adjustable driver’s seat, climate control plus a 7-inch touchscreen with sat-nav, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, DAB radio, eight speakers and multiple USB ports.
