The BMW M8 Gran Coupe is one of the hottest four-door supercars of the moment, especially in Competition spec, which has more power than the regular version.
What makes this particular one stand out is the spec, or more specifically, the inside-outside color combination. The exterior is painted in a very appropriately-named Sonic Speed Blue, while the interior features a Sakhir Orange / Black Merino leather combo.
Meanwhile, the Competition spec is responsible for the shadow trimmings, dark badge and all the carbon fiber parts, such as the front bumper elements, boot lid spoiler, diffuser, mirror casings and so on. The car also seems to be equipped with BMW‘s $8,150 M Carbon Ceramic brakes.

Moving on to the interior, it’s all about contrast, especially with all that carbon fiber trim on the center console. Now, do let us know if you think this interior looks better than the Midrand Beige one we showed you recently on another M8 Competition – that one had a Brands Hatch Grey exterior.
As for performance, the car’s 4.4-liter twin turbocharged V8 unit produces 616 HP (625 PS) and 553 lb-ft (750 Nm) of torque, dispatched to all four corners with the help of an eight-speed M Steptronic transmission and the carmaker’s xDrive all-wheel drive system.
In a straight line, you can rocket from zero to 60 mph (96 km/h) in as little as 3 seconds flat, making this M8 Competition Gran Coupe slightly quicker than the 2020 Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S 4-door, at least on paper.
Pricing for the 2020 BMW M8 Competition Gran Coupe starts from $143,000 in the United States.
