Audi of America has announced a series of changes to its lineup for 2021.

Starting with the A4 and A5, four-cylinder models gain a 12 volt mild-hybrid system and an additional 13 hp (10 kW / 13 PS). This means we can expect outputs of 201 hp (150 kW / 204 PS) and 261 hp (195 kW / 265 PS).

Besides the power boost, the entry-level A4 40 TFSI now comes standard with quattro all-wheel drive. The company is also introducing a new A5 Sportback known as the 40 TFSI quattro.  It costs $41,800 which is $1,100 less than last year’s base model.

The A4 and A5 also gain additional standard equipment including a lane departure warning system and an Audi smartphone interface with wireless Apple CarPlay. Buyers will also find an integrated toll module which is built into the rearview mirror and can access compatible toll roads in the United States and Canada.

Rounding out the updates are an expanded Convenience package which now includes a heated steering wheel and front / rear parking sensors. Range-topping Prestige trims gain heated rear seats, while mid-level Premium Plus variants now come equipped with adaptive cruise control, a hands-on detection steering wheel and a top-view camera system. Last but not least, the Black Optic packages have minor wheels changes and an available black roof option on the A5 and S5 Coupe.

A6 / S6

The updates continue with the A6 as buyers will find more standard equipment and more accessible driver assistance systems. Entry-level Premium models gain 19-inch wheels, an advanced key and an integrated toll module. The Premium’s Convenience package also features additional equipment including a top-view camera system and GPS navigation.

The Premium Plus trim now includes adaptive cruise control and active lane assist, while the Prestige gains a power rear window shade and manual side shades.

The 2021 A6 Allroad has a newly available Black Optic package as well as an expanded Executive package on the Premium Plus trim.  The latter includes adaptive cruise control and active lane assist.

The S6, on the other hand, gains 21-inch wheels with summer tires. Other new additions include virtual cockpit plus and carbon twill inlays. Like the A6 Allroad, the S6’s Executive package now includes adaptive cruise control and active lane assist.

A7 / S7

The 2021 A7 Premium gains new 20-inch wheels with all-season tires, while the model’s Convenience package adds GPS navigation and a top-view camera system. The A7 Premium Plus now has adaptive cruise control with active lane assist, while the A7 Prestige features a newly available sport package with an adaptive steel suspension and 21-inch wheels shod in summer tires.

Updates to the S7 are minor, but include virtual cockpit plus, carbon twill inlays and 21-inch wheels wrapped in summer tires. The model’s Executive package has also been expanded to include adaptive cruise control and active lane assist.

A8 / S8

The A8 is even more luxurious as all models are now equipped with 22-way ventilated front seats, a phone box (with a signal booster and wireless charger) and a top-view camera system. The A8 60 TFSI goes even further as the model features HD Matrix LED headlights, a sport body kit and a Valcona leather interior.

Other updates include a revised Executive Plus package which adds 20-inch wheels, a rear seat remote control as well as the Driver Assistance and Cold Weather packages. Likewise, the Black Optic sport package now includes dynamic all-wheel steering and 20-inch bi-color wheels.

The S8 now features heated front armrests and 21-inch wheels with summer tires. The model can also be equipped with a Black Optic package that includes black exterior accents and 21-inch bi-color wheels with summer performance tires.

Q3

Audi’s entry-level crossover features an S line exterior as well as additional standard equipment. The entry-level Premium gains power front seats with lumbar support, lane departure warning, progressive steering and steering wheel mounted paddle shifters. The model’s Convenience package has also been upgraded to include auto-dimming mirrors and LED interior lighting.

The Q3 Premium Plus now boasts adaptive cruise control, a stainless steel trunk sill and customizable LED interior lighting. The model can also be equipped with an upgraded Technology package that features a Bang & Olufsen 3D sound system and traffic sign recognition technology. There’s also a new Parking Assistance package with park steering assist and a top-view camera.  Lastly, there’s a new Black Optic sport package that features 19-inch wheels, black exterior accents and sport seats with contrast stitching.

Q7 / SQ7

The Q7 was recently given a facelift, so this year’s changes are relatively minor. However, the Premium variant gains side assist, pre sense front and pre sense rear. The model’s Convenience package also expands to include a heated steering wheel and a top-view camera system.

The Premium Plus trim gains a newly available Executive package which adds the Cold and Warm Weather packages as well as the Driver Assistance package. Prestige 3.0 models now boast heated rear seats as well as door armrests and a center console wrapped in leather.

The SQ7 largely carries over, but there’s a newly standard heated steering wheel. Lastly, the Premium Plus’ Executive package now includes extended leather upholstery.

Q8

The brand’s range-topping crossover gains side assist and pre sense rear on the Premium trim. The model’s Convenience package also features a heated steering wheel and a top-view camera system.

The Premium Plus trim gains a heated steering wheel and a newly available Executive Package which includes adaptive cruise control, active lane assist, heated rear seats, leather armrests and HD Matrix LED headlights.

TT

The TT is living on borrowed time, but it’s getting a handful of updates for 2021. All models now come equipped with Fine Nappa leather sport seats, a Bang & Olufsen audio system and GPS navigation. Buyers will also find a smartphone interface, side assist, Audi Connect and extended leather upholstery.

There also some minor wheel and tire changes as well as a revised color palette and newly standard neck-level heating on the TT Roadster.
