In transforming this off-roader, codenamed the G43-S, The FJ Company completely disassembled the entire body and chassis down to the very last nut and bolt. From there, modifications were made to ensure the Land Cruiser could accept some new components which in this case, includes a Toyota-sourced 4.0-liter V6 (1GR-FE) engine upgraded with a Manguson supercharger to produce in excess of 320 hp.
The Toyota also received upgraded power steering, disc brakes, a new five-speed manual transmission, air conditioning, modern suspension components, a stainless steel exhaust system, traction and stability control, locking differentials, and LED lighting.
The majority of the body is all new and created from galvanized sheet metal with a subtle shade of light blue (or grey?) then painted on. Inside, the Land Cruiser includes a custom sound system, a reversing camera, custom leather upholstery across the seats and other surfaces, a new instrument cluster, and more, including bespoke pedals. Found at the rear are a pair of bench seats clad in red leather that can fold away to increase the cargo area. The white headliner is also a nice touch.
No asking price has been made public but the listing reveals the off-roader has just 2,045 miles (3,291 km) on the clock since undergoing its transformation.
