There is definitely no shortage of restored Land Rover Defenders out there, and while some keep it classic, others boast a modern touch meant to make life in the cockpit more pleasant.
Stripped, repaired, repainted and fitted with a generous host of amenities, this one comes from Legacy Overland and is based on a 1993 Defender 110.
When it arrived at the Connecticut company, it was one step above a pile of rust, but right now, it turn heads, with the British Racing Green exterior color contrasted by the black wheel arches, steel bumpers, bulbar and side steps. It features a couple of trail lights at the front, a step at the rear, xenon headlamps and 16-inch modular steel wheels, wrapped in 265/75 BFGoodrich all-terrain tires.

Most of the interior has been wrapped in beige vegan leather, with diamond pattern and green piping. The material was used on the dashboard, door cards, seats and center armrest, while the roof features Alcantara. It can sit up to 9, including 2 at the front, 3 on the back seat and another 4 on the inward facing jump seats.
As for modern touches, the classic Defender has been fitted with electric front windows, heated front seats, custom air conditioning unit, Sony infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and reversing camera, USB port and Pioneer sound system with four speakers.
Unlike the LS3 or Tesla drivetrains used by ECD in their custom Defenders, this one retains the original 200 Tdi 2.5-liter four-cylinder diesel engine, which was brought back to life with new components, and so was the 5-speed manual transmission. In stock form, the engine produces 107 HP (108 PS / 79 kW) and 188 lb-ft (255 Nm) of torque.
