The wait for the facelifted BMW 5 Series and 6 Series Gran Turismo ended a few hours earlier than expected on Tuesday night, but the German automaker is still keeping its digital presentation to talk about the refreshed models.
The event will be streamed online from Korea to the rest of the world on May 27 from 8 a.m. CEST (2 a.m. EST). “The new BMW 5 Series and BMW 6 Series are just around the corner! Watch our livestream to be among the first to see this Business Athlete,” the automaker writes in an attempt to build anticipation – even if it has already dropped the ball on both two models.
In any case, you already know what to expect, with the executive sedan and its Touring stablemate sporting a slightly larger kidney grille, sharper LED headlights and taillights, as well as revised bumpers that make it look more fresh and more in line with the design of the latest 3 Series.

The facelifted BMW 6 Series Gran Turismo has received similar exterior updates as well, with changes including an almost identical LED DRL signature incorporated in the slightly thinner headlights, a bigger grille, and refreshed bumpers.
Inside, both the facelifted 5 Series and 6 Series bring a larger infotainment display, new trims and some other minor styling tweaks.
