If you ever get the chance to visit the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, you can pay a little extra and tour the ‘Vault,’ a parking garage under the museum that houses a remarkable collection of cars.
Found within the vault is an unbelievable array of classic and modern sports cars, supercars, hypercars, and luxury cars. This video focuses on some of the finest rides in the collection and is well worth watching.
The tour starts off with a stunning silver 2005 Ford GT that is parked alongside a red 2017 Ford GT Heritage Edition with a paint scheme to commemorate the 1967 Le Mans 24 Hours. Also featured in this video is a red Ferrari 599 GTO with black racing stripes that represents the absolute pinnacle of the 599 family. Parked next to it is a Ferrari 458 Challenge with a very fun, multi-colored paint scheme.

Perhaps our favorite car featured in this clip is a blue Jaguar XJ220 that has been beautifully maintained. Then we come to a trio of awe-inspiring McLarens, all of which feature exposed carbon fiber finishes.
The first is a McLaren Senna that shimmers under the garage lights while parked next to it is a McLaren P1 with an identical gloss carbon fiber finish. The trio of McLarens is rounded off by the MSO HS (High Sport), one of just 25 examples produced to top out the 650S and 675LT family before the next-generation 720S arrived.
