Those in the market for an eye-catching crossover have a new option thanks to the launch of the 2020 Jeep Renegade Orange Edition.
This distinctive model is based on the mid-level Latitude trim and has a host of unique touches that differentiate it from other variants in the Renegade family. Customers will first have the option of Alpine White for the exterior finish or, if they are willing to pay an extra $245, can opt for Glacier White, Granite Crystal, or Black. No orange, though.
Regardless of which exterior color is optioned, the car comes outfitted with 19-inch black aluminum wheels, orange wing mirror caps, orange and black badges, 235/45 All-Season tires, and a subtle decal on the driver’s side of the hood.

The custom touches continue in the cabin where there are anodized orange bezels on the HVAC vents and door speakers. Shoppers have the option of Jeep’s 7.0-inch Uconnect infotainment screen as standard or an enlarged 8.4-inch display.
Those wanting a little more than what the Renegade Orange Edition offers as standard can opt for Jeep’s My Sky sunroof and dual-pane panoramic power sunroof, each priced at $1,595. Additionally, Jeep’s Safety & Security Group II priced at $695 adds rain-sensing windshield wipers. Other options include the Advanced Technology Group that includes adaptive cruise control and lane departure warning.
As the Orange Edition is based around the standard Jeep Renegade Latitude, it continues to be powered by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder Tigershark engine that is good for 180 hp and 175 lb-ft (273 Nm) in combination with a nine-speed automatic transmission.
