If you’re not afraid of drawing attention to yourself, this light yellow 2003 BMW M3 Convertible up for auction could be right up your alley.
The E46-generation M3 is located in Palos Heights, Illinois and was acquired by the seller in late 2019 having been delivered new from North Scottsdale BMW in Phoenix. It is being sold with service records, factory manuals, a clean Carfax report and a clean Illinois title in the seller’s name. Oh, and it has just 27,000 miles (~34,400 km) on the clock.

The Bring A Trailer listing says this is one of just 37 BMW M3 Convertible models finished in BMW Individual Dakar Yellow II paint. Complementing the paint are the factory 19-inch forged alloys with Michelin Pilot Super Sport A/S 3+ tires.
Much like the exterior, the interior looks to have been well maintained and sports black Nappa leather upholstery on the seats and door panel inserts, as well as brushed aluminum trim on the dashboard, center console and door panels. Key features include power-adjustable and heated front seats, automatic climate control, M3-branded floor mats, and a Harman Kardon sound system.
The E46 M3’s 3.2-liter naturally aspirated S54 inline-six is good for 333 hp and 262 lb-ft (355 Nm) of torque and is very much appreciated for its high revving nature and intoxicating sound. Sadly for purists, drive is sent to the rear wheels courtesy of a six-speed sequential transmission and not the manual ‘box that was also available.
