The Mercedes-Benz X-Class may share its underpinnings with the Nissan Navara, but with some modifications, it can be transformed into a real head-turner.

This particular X-Class has been comprehensively modified by Pickup Design and is dubbed the Exy Extreme+. It encompasses a plethora of exterior, interior and mechanical modifications to improve the truck’s off-road credentials while also making it look more aggressive.

Starting out the upgrades is a comprehensive bodykit that includes a new front bumper and grille, bonnet lip, headlight frames, taillights frames, front and rear wheel arch extensions, a custom rear spoiler, new fuel filler cover and a striking rear bumper. Pickup Design has also equipped the X-Class with 18-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 33-inch Radar Renegade RT+ POR 118Q tires. Elsewhere, the truck includes a front skid plate, an LED light bar assembly on the roof, and custom side steps and a bar in the bed.

The interior is just as wild as the exterior and includes new black leather and Alcantara across the seats, dashboard and door panels. There are also a host of bright yellow accents and a custom steering wheel that looks more fitting for a sports car than an off-road-focused pickup truck like this. Rounding out the modifications are new suspension components that lift the ride height by 100 mm. The truck also comes with a distinctive exhaust system.

Should customers not like this particular design, they can pick and choose the parts they want from Pickup Design and also have the option of speccing out the interior to their individual tastes.
