New 2021 BMW 4-Series Pricing Announced In Australia Before October Launch

BMW has announced Australian pricing for the new 4-Series Coupe which will be sold locally in 420i, 430i, and M440i xDrive variants.

Powering the entry-level 2021 BMW 420i is a 2.0-liter TwinPower turbocharged four producing 181 hp (135 kW) and 221 lb-ft (300 Nm) of torque, allowing it to hit 100 km/h (62 mph) in 7.5 seconds. Pricing starts at AU$70,900 (US$50,601) excluding on-road costs.

In Australia, the 420i comes standard with the M Sport Package, 19-inch M Light Alloy Wheels, front sport seats, LED headlights, wireless smartphone charging, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, as well as BMW’s Driving Assistant.

As for the 430i, it also uses a 2.0-liter TwinPower turbocharged four-cylinder engine too, only with a higher output of 255 hp (190 kW) and 295 lb-ft (400 Nm). The 430i can hit 100 km/h in 5.8 seconds, is priced from AU$88,900 (US$63,488) excluding on-road costs and has all the same features as the 420i plus Adaptive M Suspension, Comfort Access System with a Digital Key, Leather upholstery, M Sport Brakes, Driving Assistant Professional, and Parking Assist Plus with Surround View with Top View & Side View.

Topping out the range is the M440i xDrivethat’s available from AU$116,900 (US$83,432) plus on-road costs and uses a 3.0-liter TwinPower turbo six-cylinder with 382 hp (285 kW) and 367 lb-ft (500 Nm). It can hit 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and comes with additional features like an M Sport Differential, Automatic Tailgate, electric glass sunroof, Ambient Light, Lumbar Support, BMW Laserlights, and a Harman Kardon surround sound system.

The 2021 BMW 4-Series Coupe range is scheduled to launch locally in October.
