Skoda has been teasing the VW ID.4-based Enyaq iV since February, with the very first spy images arriving a little less than a month after the official announcement.
Since then, we’ve seen renderings, more spy images and as of last week, a bunch of official sketches that point to several new design elements which we may have otherwise missed – like the actual front and rear light signatures, for starters.
Now, thanks to Kolesa, we have our most accurate rendering yet of the Czech EV crossover, which is expected to go on sale in Europe before the end of this year.

The renderings show what should amount to production-ready headlights, as well as a possible light strip spanning the width of the enclosed grille. At the back, the taillights are a bit less aggressive-looking than those on the official sketches, but that’s also the point. Still, maybe the real Enyaq won’t have that big of a vertical gap between the taillights and the rear window.
“The Enyaq iV has a shorter front end and an elongated roofline. This creates a very dynamic look and transforms it into a proverbial ‘space shuttle’,” said Skoda design boss Karl Neuhold.
“We consciously emphasize the distinctive Skoda grille on our electric vehicles, as this is an instantly recognisable feature of the brand. On the Enyaq iV, it is set further forward and is more upright, which enhances the powerful look. The full-LED matrix headlights and daytime running lights are particularly eye-catching, too,” he added.
The Skoda Enyaq iV will ride on the VW Group’s MEB platform, featuring both rear- and all-wheel drive setups. The entry-level model will boast a rear-mounted motor with 146 HP (148 PS) and a 55 kWh battery for a total range of up to 211 miles (340 km).
Opt for the mid-spec variant and you’ll get 178 HP (180 PS), a 62 kWh battery and a 242 mile (390 km) range, while the rear-wheel drive range topper will get 201 HP (204 PS), an 82 kWh battery and up to 310 miles (500 km) of range.
As for the all-wheel drive versions, there will be a 262 HP (265 PS) model, with an 82 kWh battery and a 286 mile (460 km) total range, to go with the Enyaq iV RS and its 302 HP (306 PS), plus the same 82 kWh battery and 286 mile range.
