Paying tribute to Bentley’s record-run at last year’s Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, the Pikes Peak Continental GT limited edition has finally entered production in Crewe more than eight months after it was presented, with deliveries starting next month.

Limited to just 15 units, which were allocated to markets from America to New Zealand, the new edition is distinguished by the Radium by Mulliner paintwork that echoes the looks of the record-breaking car that completed the course in 10:18.488.

Gloss black detailing is also present, alongside Acid Green brake disc calipers, Pirelli tires with Radium accents wrapped around the 22-inch black wheels by Mulliner, Pikes Peak fender decals and optional ‘100’ grille which celebrates the fact that the achievement took place in the company’s centenary.

The cockpit also boasts a special design with Alcantara upholstery and contrasting Radium stitching. There is also Beluga hide, honeycomb stitching design on the steering wheel with Radium center stripe reminiscent of the Pikes Peak GT racer, carbon fiber accents, piano black center console and the Pikes Peak course graphic on the passenger’s side of the dashboard. The Pikes Peak embroidery on the headrests in Radium stitching, Pikes Peak treadplates, exclusive B&O speaker covers in Radium and Black Anodized finish round off the changes.

Power is provided by the familiar twin-turbocharged 6.0-liter W12 engine that pumps out 626 HP (635 PS / 467 kW) and 664 lb-ft (900 Nm) of torque. The 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) acceleration takes a mere 3.7 seconds (3.6 for the 0-60 mph) and flat out, the British luxury grand tourer will do 207 mph (333 km/h).
