Closed dealerships are not a pretty sight, but they can be pretty interesting when they house some really special abandoned cars.
This Maserati and Ferrari dealership in China ups the ante as it’s home to a Porsche Carrera GT, a Ferrari 575 Superamerica and a C5 Corvette Z06.
Instagram user cheongermando recently visited the dealership and was kind enough to share the photos with us. They show the cars appear to be in excellent condition, but they must have been sitting for quite some time as they’re covered in dust.

Little is known about the dealership’s fate, but it reportedly opened in 2005 and closed shortly thereafter. There’s no word on when exactly, but the poster and parts display for the 612 Scaglietti suggests the dealership was closed before Ferrari’s grand tourer went out of production in 2011.
Regardless, cheongermando has heard the cars have been there for at least eight years. That’s a long time for them to be abandoned, but at least they weren’t left outside to rot.
There’s no word on why the cars are still sitting there, but low mileage Carrera GTs can cost nearly a million dollars. This particular model is said to be the 1,255th car produced and it features a Zanzibar Red Metallic exterior with color-matching wheels. It’s reportedly the only Euro-spec model with that color scheme and Periodismodelmotor found a possible old listing for the car that indicated it was a 2006 model with 2,846 miles (4,581 km) on the odometer.
Like all Carrera GTs, Porsche’s supercar has a naturally aspirated 5.7-liter V10 that puts out 603 hp (450 kW / 612 PS) and 435 lb-ft (590 Nm) of torque. It is mated to a six-speed manual transmission which enables the model to rocket from 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 3.9 seconds and onto a top speed of 205 mph (330 km/h).
The Ferrari Superamerica, on the other hand, is a limited edition that has a opening hardtop which can turn the car from a coupe into a roadster in less than 10 seconds.

It is powered by a 5.7-liter V12 that pumps out 533 hp (397 kW / 540 PS) and 434 lb-ft (588 Nm) of torque. This particular model is one of 43 equipped with a six-speed manual transmission and can sprint from 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 4.2 seconds, before topping out at 199 mph (320 km/h).
The Corvette Z06 is relatively plain by comparison, but it does have a 5.7-liter V8 with 385 hp (287 kW / 390 PS) and 385 lb-ft (522 Nm) of torque. Although it’s not in the same league as the other two, it’s no slouch either, as it can hit 60 mph (96 km/h) in 4.3 seconds.
Thanks to cheongermando for sharing the photos, and to Periodismodelmotor for the tip!
