Earlier this month, Manthey Racing revealed its upgrade package for the Porsche 911 GT3 RS and YouTuber Misha Charoudin recently had the opportunity to check out the car in person.
Showcased on a Lizard Green 911 GT3 RS, Manthey Racing’s package focuses on improving the aerodynamics, suspension, and braking components of the track-focused sports car. Interestingly, the Porsche-owned tuning firm does not mess with the car’s glorious 4.0-liter naturally-aspirated six-cylinder engine that’s good for 512 hp at 8,250 rpm and 346 lb-ft (469 Nm) of torque at 6,000 rpm.
The first thing that catches the eye with Manthey Racing’s package is the aero kit. Most notable is a custom rear wing that increases downforce over the rear axle. The tuner has also fitted a bespoke front splitter and fitted a pair of canards to the bumper. There are also a set of carbon fiber aero disks that can be fitted to the rear wheels.

Elsewhere, the tuner offers customers lightweight magnesium wheels to purchase. Other important upgrades include three- or four-way adjustable coilovers as well as braided brake lines and new brake pads.
Speaking with Charoudin, an employee from Manthey Racing says the company wanted to deliver a package that offers improved on-track performance without having its driveability negatively impacted on the road. This is why it didn’t go for a race car-derived braking system that would create lots of sound on the road.
Pricing for the Manthey Racing package starts at €39,911 ($47,293) plus VAT in Germany but that price jumps a further €15,000 ($17,774) if the custom opts for the available magnesium wheels.
