Niels van Roij Design, the creator of the new bespoke Rolls Royce that will be coachbuilt at Carat by Duchatelet, has sent oodles of images of the car over to our inbox, which you can check out for yourself in detail below.
Furthermore, they explained that each of the seven Wraith-based Rolls-Royce Silver Spectre Shooting Brake models that will be built upon order will have unique elements. An updated version of the article with additional information follows. [Updated]
Just a few short days after a bizarre Rolls-Royce Shooting Brake prototype was spied testing, the covers have been lifted on the vehicle.
It is not an official Rolls-Royce model and was instead commissioned by Niels van Roij Design, with Belgian coachbuilder Carat Duchatelet handling the manufacturing aspect of the vehicle. The car is officially dubbed the Carat Duchatelet Silver Spectre Shooting Brake and it is based around a Rolls-Royce Wraith.
The design comes from the mind of Niels van Roij Design and the coachbuilder has clearly spent countless hours transforming the shape of the luxurious two-door. To turn the Wraith into a Shooting Brake, the coachbuilder has modified the roof and stretched it back right to the tailgate.

There is also a steeply-raked rear window that suits the character of the Rolls-Royce surprisingly well. Complementing the new roof design are the elongated side windows that stretch back to the new C-pillars.
Few other exterior modifications appear to have been made but the car does rock a sophisticated shade of dark red with various silver and chrome accents, including the window surrounds and the front grille. The coachbuilder has yet to release interior photos of the Shooting Brake but we can see the trunk is clad in a mixture of black, white, and red leather. It appears as though the tri-color leather finish continues throughout the rest of the cabin.
This striking Rolls-Royce was commissioned by the owner of a Wraith who wanted a Shooting Brake. It remains unclear how much this initial unit cost but the coachbuilder says it plans on building a total of seven examples with pricing available only upon request.
All seven models will be one of a kind
The Belgian coachbuilder says that each of the 7 cars out of the Silver Spectre Shooting Brake line-up will have a unique design theme including the color schemes for both the interior and exterior, one-off singular or two-tone exterior paints and pinstripes applied by hand on the body.
Furthermore, they will have highly polished woods on dashboard and doors, headrest embroidery, personalized tread plates and colour-matched leather or silk upholstery.
And if that’s not enough, each of the seven Silver Spectre Shooting Brake iterations will have an exclusive tailor-made option, feature or item. “Every piece will only be available on one of the 7 vehicles,” said Carat Duchatelet. ” The articles range from a picnic hamper featuring the veneers as applied to the dashboard, to a luggage set matching with the upholstery and an exclusive timepiece in car-paint coordinated materials.”
