Dashcam footage has captured the dramatic moment two cars crashed in The Bronx, New York on Friday, August 14.
The clip was filmed at an intersection near the on-ramp to a motorway just a few minutes before midnight. A white sedan, that could be a Nissan Altima or something similar, can be seen driving across the intersection and onto the motorway’s on-ramp.
All of a sudden, a grey car speeds into the shot, and hits a small bump in the road. It flies into the air and strikes the rear of the white sedan, before slamming into a concrete barrier on the side of the road and flipping onto its roof. The cammer who goes under the YouTube handle ‘the garage dude’ shouts out, “Holy s***!” in the seconds after the crash before quickly calling 911.

Footage taken in the immediate aftermath of the crash shows a scene of devastation left behind by the two cars. The grey sedan is completely unrecognizable and fire crews, as well as paramedics, can be seen attending to those involved in the crash.

Asked if anyone was hurt in the comments, the YouTube who filmed the incident, said that, “Everyone from both cars were badly banged up but survived. They all crawled out on their own.”
While we can’t comment on the condition of those involved, we can quite easily conclude the driver of the grey sedan was going way too fast. They should also be counting their lucky stars that someone witnessed the crash and was able to call the appropriate authorities immediately. Had the crash happened somewhere quieter, those involved may have been left waiting for assistance.
