The 2021 Hyundai i20 N Line is the latest model in the automaker’s range to receive some performance-inspired parts and will arrive in certain markets next year.
The exterior of the hatchback is based on Hyundai’s ‘Sensuous Sportiness’ design identity and incorporates some modifications from lesser i20 models. For example, it receives a new front bumper with a grey character line that Hyundai says creates “an even more sporty feeling.” A large black cascading grille equipped with an L Line badge is also featured. The pattern of the grille itself draws inspiration from the style of a chequered flag.
Hyundai’s designers have continued the tweaks at the rear with a new bumper, twin chrome tailpipes, and a triangle-shaped fog light incorporated into the diffuser. A set of 17-inch alloy wheels with a two-tone finish complete the look.
Buyers will be offered Phantom Black, Aurora Grey, Polar White and Brass paint options. Those that opt for the Polar White can also option a two-tone Phantom Black roof.
Alterations continue in the cabin and include N-branded sports seats with the N logo and exclusive red stitching. There is also a dedicated N steering wheel, leather gear shift knob with red inserts, and metal pedals. Much like other i20 models, the i20 N Line includes the latest version of Hyundai’s Bluelink technology that includes a host of Connected Car services like Hyundai Live Services and various remote features through the Bluelink smartphone app.

“With the all-new i20 N Line, we are bringing our stylish and sporty trim option to the i20 for the first time,” vice president of marketing and product at Hyundai Motor Europe, Andreas-Christoph Hofmann said. “With this new model, we are ensuring we can meet the needs of an even wider customer base by offering exclusive performance-styling inspired by our N brand to emphasize the motorsport roots of our brand.”
