With only a couple of hours left until Skoda presents the Enyaq to the world officially, images showing the Czech EV have made their way onto the world wide web.
Initially, these images showed up on the Spanish server Motor16, from where they were immediately deleted – although not before various Twitter and Instagram accounts got a hold of them, as did Czech outlet Auto.cz.
So now here we are, the cat’s out of the bag. Well, at least as far as the Enyaq’s styling goes, because we’ll still have to wait for the official press release in order to learn about pricing and various other specs. Naturally, we’d like some high resolution images too, if that’s not too much to ask.

The Enyaq isn’t a particularly stunning car to look at, but it does feature a modern design with a short front end, elongated roofline and a high shoulder line. It’s surprisingly imposing, but we already knew that from all the spy images and even this recent rendering we showed you, which pretty much nailed everything apart from the tailgate.
It also helps to have a set of appropriately-sized wheels, otherwise you lose some of that crossover-like aesthetic.
We also know that the Enyaq comes with full-LED matrix headlights and LED taillights, and that it boasts a cD value of 0.27, which is an impressive aerodynamic figure for a vehicle this size.
As for the interior, we note a large 13-inch display, digital instrument cluster, head-up display with augmented reality functions, ambient lighting, wireless charging for smartphones and an overall airy cabin with a flat floor.
Buying into the Enyaq range should land you the entry-level rear motor model with 146 HP (148 PS) and a 55 kWh battery for a total range of up to 211 miles (340 km). The mid-spec variant will come with 178 HP (180 PS), a 62 kWh battery and a 242 mile (390 km) range, while the rear-wheel drive flagship version gets 201 HP (204 PS), an 82 kWh battery and up to 310 miles (500 km) of range.
Then you’ve got the all-wheel drive variants, with a 262 HP (265 PS) model that also has an 82 kWh battery and a total range of 286 miles (460 km), plus the Enyaq RS, with its 302 HP (306 PS).
Skoda will unveil the Enyaq officially later today at 12:40 PM EST.
