Yet another new electric vehicle has emerged from China. It is dubbed the ORA Good Cat and comes from Great Wall Motors.

The EV is being manufactured at Great Wall’s Taizhou assembly site under the ORA brand that’s dedicated to producing electric vehicles. The Good Cat is compact and has a very friendly design that seems to have taken some inspiration by European cars such as the Porsche 911, VW Beetle and Fiat 500.

According to Car News China, the Good Cat is 4,235 mm long (166.7 inches) long, 1,825 mm (71.8 inches) wide, 1,596 mm (62.8 inches) tall and has a 2,650 mm (104.3 inch) wheelbase.

Up front, the Great Wall’s Good Cat includes simple round headlights and being that this is an electric vehicle, lacks a traditional grille and instead just has a small grille at the lower end of the bumper. The EV also sports a set of retro-inspired five-spoke wheels, and the example pictured has a two-tone paint scheme with a white roof.

The rear of the Good Cat is particularly interesting, as instead of traditional taillights it has a lightbar incorporated into the rear window as well as two thin horizontal lights/reflectors on the bumper. There is also a light towards the base of the bumper and a brake light at the top of the rear window.

As for the interior, it appears (in the pictures, at least), surprisingly premium, with a digital display in front of the driver and a secondary display for the infotainment system. There is also a two-spoke steering wheel and a stylish blue and white theme with soft-touch leather.

Powering the ORA Good Cat is a single electric motor at the front axle producing 143 hp and 155 lb-ft (210 Nm) of torque. The car has a reported NEDC range of 311 miles (501 km) and will hit the Chinese market on September 25.
