Power is provided by a mid-mounted twin-turbo 3.0-liter V6 engine that produces 621 hp (463 kW / 630 PS) and 538 lb-ft (730 Nm) of torque. It’s connected to an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission which sends power to the rear wheels via a limited slip differential. This setup enables the car to accelerate from 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in less than 2.9 seconds and onto a top speed in excess of 202 mph (325 km/h).

Maserati has also confirmed plans for an electric Folgore variant. It’s slated to arrive as a 2023 model and have three electric motors that produce a combined output in excess of 621 hp (463 kW / 630 PS). The car is also slated to have a 300 kW fast-charging capability and a lithium-ion battery pack that could allow for a range in excess of 200 miles (322 km).

Besides showing the MC20, the automaker also displayed the Quattroporte and Levante Pelletessuta special editions as well as the Ghibli Hybrid. The latter features a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, an electric supercharger and a 48 volt alternator.

The powertrain enables the mild-hybrid to produce 325 hp (243 kW / 330 PS) and 332 lb-ft (450 Nm) of torque. This allows the car to accelerate from 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) in 5.7 seconds, before hitting a top speed of 158 mph (255 km/h).
