The German tuning minds over at MTM have launched a Stage 4 power upgrade for the Audi RS6 Avant, RS7 Sportback and RS Q8, which lifts the output and torque significantly.
According to the tuner’s North American arm, the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 powering all three models that makes 591 HP and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm) of torque straight from the factory, can kick out a whopping 1,001 HP and 921 lb-ft (1,249 Nm) thanks to modified turbochargers, a re-mapped ECU and other upgrades.

No performance numbers have been released by MTM, but the stock RS6 needs just 3.6 seconds to sprint to 62 mph (100 km/h) and can max out at up to 190 mph (305 km/h). The RS7 is 0.1 seconds slower to 62 mph, whereas the RS Q8 does the 0-62 mph in 3.8 seconds; all three have an identical top speed.
Making your Audi RS car as powerful as the original Bugatti Veyron will cost you $43,599 for the RS6 and RS7, and $43,999 for the RS Q8. That kind of money alone would otherwise get you a new S3 Sedan, which starts at $43,000, an A5 Sportback, from $42,900, or an A4 Allroad, which has an MSRP of $44,600.
Stages 3, 2 and 1 are also available for all three models, unleashing 962 HP, 812 HP and 787 HP respectively and priced at $29,999, $15,799 ($15,999 for the RS Q8) and $10,999. One could spend even more money at MTM for the RS6, RS7 and RS Q8, as the tuner has other upgrades, including Milltek or Akrapovic exhaust systems, remote controlled exhaust valves, wheel spacers, a carbon fiber rear diffuser (not available for the RS Q8) and a variety of different logos and stickers, to name but a few.
