A wild new bodykit is being developed for the C8 Corvette and promises to make the sports car even more striking.

The kit comes from Tra Kyoto, the maker of popular Pandem/Rocket Bunny widebody kits that are already offered for a wide range of vehicles.

Like the company’s other kits, the one it has developed for the Corvette drastically alters the looks and road presence of the car. If you own a C8 Corvette and want to make it look even more striking, then you might want to consider this option.

At the front, there’s a modified bumper with an extended lip spoiler that sits less than an inch off the pavement. Next, the kit includes a set of flared wheel arches up front while also sporting distinctive side skirts. The rear half of the car also includes flared wheel arches, as well as a new lip under the diffuser and a towering rear wing.

Making the car featured in these renderings look all the more impressive are aftermarket wheels and a lowered ride height, most likely thanks to changes in the suspension.

It remains to be seen how much the kit will set back Corvette owners, but it will probably cost somewhere between $10,000 and $20,000. That may sound like a lot when you consider the C8 can be purchased from $59,995, but then again the Pandem/Rocket Bunny kit makes the ‘Vette look considerably more aggressive compared to the stock car.
