Customer deliveries of the 2020 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible recently commenced and the Rapid Blue example featured in this video is one of the very first to be handed over to its buyer.
This particular ‘Vette was displayed at the recent Corvettes at Carlisle 2020 event in Pennsylvania and has been beautifully specced out by the owner. In fact, if I was buying a C8 Corvette, I would opt for very similar options.
The owner of the car, who also happens to have a C8 Corvette Coupe, wanted a Convertible to stand out so went for the Rapid Blue paint and color-matched front air intake blades, side air intake surrounds, and rear air vents. Cast your eyes to above the beltline and the car sports a host of Carbon Flash metallic parts, including the A-pillars and windshield surround, wing mirrors, rear buttresses, and the rear spoiler. The mid-engined model has also been optioned with the Z51 Performance Package.

As for the interior, it is just as highly-customized as the outside and includes the 3LT package. Most of the interior parts are finished in two-tone blue leather that nicely matches the Rapid Blue paint. If you want a Corvette that stands out from the crowd, this is the car for you.
This video also provides us with an in-depth look at the Corvette’s folding roof mechanism and shows how you can fold away the roof without the car being turned on with just two touches of the key fob. You can even pause the roof in the process of folding down.
