Ford has announced that it will allow customers with reservations for the 2021 Bronco to amend their orders through January 2021.
The new Bronco proved so popular during its unveiling in July that its reservation website crashed and encountered issues for several days. In fact, many people were unable to select their preferred dealership during the initial reservation process, prompting Ford to quickly announce that buyers would be given until October 31 to finalize all of the details of their reservation, including the spec of their Bronco.
It has since been confirmed by Bronco6G that this date has now been extended until January 31, 2021.

This is important because the online configurator for the Bronco has yet to launch, meaning those who have made a $100 reservation haven’t been able to personalize their new vehicle. Ford Authority states that the configurator is expected to launch this month, having been delayed since September.
Starting in November, Ford dealerships have been instructed to reach out to customers to work on converting these $100 deposits into actual orders. During this process, dealers will finalize trim levels and options, while also going through available accessories and financing options with customers. When this is done, Ford hopes to start providing customers with a timeframe for their vehicle’s build date in February 2021.
A plethora of Bronco variants are being offered to customers. The range kicks off with the Base model that’s priced from $28,500 in two-door guise and $33,200 for the four-door. Others include the Bronco Big Bend, Black Diamond, Outer Banks, Badlands, and Wildtrak. A limited-run First Edition was also offered, but it quickly sold out.
