Straight from the factory, the Audi RS3 Sedan is a very quick car thanks to its 2.5-liter turbocharged five-cylinder that pumps out 395 hp and 354 lb-ft (480 Nm) of torque. This tuned RS3 Sedan makes a regular model look slow.
This example that was recently tested out by AutoTopNL has been modified to the point where it now churns out 650 hp. While the video doesn’t specify what upgrades the car’s powertrain has, we suspect it has some new ECU software to complement the enlarged turbo, at the very least.

Thanks not only to the modified engine but also the Quattro all-wheel drive system and the seven-speed S Tronic transmission, this RS3 is capable of the kind of straight-line performance you’d expect from a supercar. In fact, it looks to be roughly as quick as an Audi R8 V10.
During one particular run, the tuned RS3 Sedan needed just 3.8 seconds to hit 100 km/h (62 mph) and, while that may not sound that impressive, it was done without launch control. The car continues to build impressive pace after the 100 km/h mark and just 6.43 seconds later, crosses the 200 km/h (124 mph) mark and runs down the quarter-mile in 11.32 seconds.
Not only do the modifications make this RS3 off the line but they also boost its top speed, so much so that the Audi hit an indicated 319 km/h (198 mph) on the speedometer, although a GPS-based speed app said it actually topped out at 303 km/h (188 mph). Either way, that’s serious pace.
