Aston Martin has designed an incredible compound known as Sylvan Rock that will soon be built in New York’s Hudson Valley.

The British car manufacturer isn’t new to the world of home design, having recently penned the Aston Martin Residences in Miami, Florida. However, Sylvan Rock is the first time Aston Martin has designed a private home. The property sits on 55-acres of land and includes a main residence that offers 5,983 square-feet of living space.

This main residence consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two half bathrooms and has a striking and futuristic shape with black surfaces, an angular roof, and huge glass windows. Also included is a three-car garage clad in glass that will allow the future owner to admire their vehicles from the various living spaces. The main residence also has a large pool and an 873 square-foot pool house.

Further adding to the appeal of Sylvan Rock are three guest house pods on the property that add an extra 1,574 square-feet of living space. The property even has a luxurious treehouse, as well as a good garden and various walking trails.

“Driving down a bucolic country road, enjoying the curves in the road, you arrive at an unassuming gatehouse entrance to the private driveway. Along the driveway, the property unfolds onto a secluded luxury retreat,” promotional material for Sylvan Rock reads.

The property is scheduled for completion in 2022 and has an asking price of $7.7 million. If the buyer is a big fan of Aston Martins, the car manufacturer will also sell them a brand new DBX in Onyx Black.
