With an increased demand in small camper vans this year, Hartmann’s VanSports has decided to launch a new product: the GeoTrek Edition.
Based on the Mercedes-Benz V-Class, it dons the tuner’s VP Gravity body kit, consisting of black plastic cladding and rear diffuser. It also has a custom roof rack, with LED bars and a photovoltaic system, 18-inch wheels shod in 235/55 rubber, 30 mm (1.2 in) increased ground clearance, underbody protection and special paintwork.

The interior of the German van has been redone, offering clever storage solutions and a mattress that allows two to sleep in comfort when the rear seats are folded down. The space under the folded rear seats can be utilized with the aluminum loading boxes. There is also a kitchen box to cook small meals, with the 12-volt on-board power supply, and for washing up afterwards, with the fresh water and wastewater storage capacity of 12 liters (3.2 gallons) each. The small camper van is also equipped a third-party HVAC system that ensures a more pleasant stay in nature, regardless of the outside temperature.
The pictured V-Class is a V250d from 2017, with a 190 PS (187 HP / 140 kW) diesel engine and around 34,000 km (21,125 miles) on the odometer. It is the first one of the 10-unit limited production run, has a bespoke plaque showing the build number and is for sale, although to find out how much it costs, one will have to reach out directly to the German tuner.
