Can’t afford your own Lancia Delta Integrale? You’re not alone, because the best examples go for ridiculous prices these days, but at least you can live out your rally fantasies with this stunning Lego project – if it hits the shelves, that is.
Replicating the iconic motorsport model to the finest detail, it took an unbelievable 15 months to complete, according to its maker, who continuously assembled and disassembled the small bricks, looking for ways to improve the design and keep the weight down, while also making it playable.

Built on a Lego Technic chassis using Lego Creator bricks, it boasts the iconic Martini livery and is driven by three small electric motors. It also features Ackermann geometry steering, advanced front and rear suspension, four-wheel drive controllable via the gear lever in the cockpit, front differential, working lights at both ends and ate no less than 2,584 Lego pieces.
“As I got deeper into it, it awoke the passion for engineering, design and historic research that this car incorporates, as it was a great joy to learn about the anecdotes revolving around the racing history of this typically Italian car”, the person behind the project said.
For now, this Lego Delta Integrale lies on their shelf, but it is listed on the LegoIdeas website with 3,245 supporters and over 470 days left at the time of writing. So, if you feel like it deserves more time under the limelight, then feel free to vote it.
